Is seanchleachtas feirmeoireachta é cúinne páirce a fhágáint fiáin ionas go mairfeadh plandaí agus ainmhithe éagsúla slán ann.

Leis an saothar nua rince seo agus leis na ceardlanna a bheidh á reáchtáil, fáiltímíd romhat “cúinní nua don ghiorria” a chruthú linn — ag tarraingt ar ár ndúchas agus ár n-aiteacht le todhchaí níos beomhaire a mhúnlú dúinn go léir. Tar is bí ag súgradh linn.

Tógadh Fearghus i nGaeltacht na Rinne agus tá aitheantas bainte amach aige go hidirnáisiúnta as deiseanna a chruthú don éagsúlacht a cheiliúradh trí rince corraitheach, cumhachtach, agus álainn.

In traditional farming, the hare’s corner is ground left wild so different plants and animals can flourish in safety. As we search for more sustainable lives, languages and communities, choreographer Fearghus Ó Conchúir, who grew up in the Ring Gaeltacht, invites you to join him and his award-winning collaborators in creating new “corners for the hare” in the centre of Cork. Before each performance you can experience workshops drawing on the knowledge of Irish language speakers, Irish Sign Language users, ecologists, queer communities, singers, poets and of course dancers. And each performance is followed by an inclusive céilí. Come and play with us.

Á chur i láthair ag Fearghus Ó Conchúir agus ag COBA i gcomhpháirtíocht le Cork Midsummer Festival agus le Dance Cork Firkin Crane; le maoiniú ón gComhairle Ealaíon, ó Ealaín na Gaeltachta, ó Fhoras na Gaeilge, ó Chomhairle Cathrach agus Contae Phort Láirge, ó Chomhairle Cathrach Chorcaí, ó Chultúr Éireann agus ón tOireachtas; forbartha trí thréimhse cónaitheach ‘Ceist’ ag Dance Cork Firkin Crane agus trí thréimhse cónaitheach sna Déise i gcomhpháirtíocht le Comhlucht Forbartha na nDéise.
