Having captivated audiences with Alter at Cork Midsummer Festival 2024 (Winner – Best International Production, The Arts Review 2024), Kamchàtka return to the Festival, this time with the Irish premiere of Fugit.
Awarded Best Street Show at the 2025 Premios Max, Fugit is a profound homage to those who’ve dared to abandon the familiar, leave the unnecessary behind and bravely venture into the unknown. You’ll put yourselves in the hands of strangers, traversing the intriguing landscape of Cork city in a daytime journey like no other.
Kamchàtka, renowned for their award-winning outdoor theatre masterfully use silent gestures and evocative storytelling to explore themes of migration and displacement.
This is your chance to be part of something truly special – an immersive, unforgettable expedition that inspires, provokes and ultimately celebrates the human spirit.
