If tickets are still available, you may be able to pay at the door by card payment only. We cannot guarantee tickets will still be available on the door at any venue so we advise booking online in advance where possible.
What time should I arrive at my event?
Please consult your ticket information or the website for event start time and when the doors will open. We advise at the veue no later than 15 minutes before most events. In the unlikely event of any changes to the times ticket holders will be emailed in advance.
Can I arrive at my event after the start time?
Some events may have a no late-comers policy due to the nature of the performance - in such cases, late admission may not be possible. We advise arriving at the venue early to avoid disappointment.
Where can I find accessibility information about the venues and events?
There is information about accessibility inside the first page of the brochure, as well as on our website - click here.
If I have a question about an event close to the time who should I contact?
If your query relates to a venue which has its own box office, we advise contacting the venue directly - these include Cork Opera House, The Everyman, Dance Cork Firkin Crane, Triskel Arts Centre, and Cork Arts Theatre. For other venues, we will do our best to respond by email - or you can ask a member of our Front Of House team at the venue.
