The Summer I Robbed A Bank

12-year-old Rex has to spend his summer holidays on Achill Island and he doesn’t quite know what to make of such a mad place and its wacky characters. Little does he know his holiday is about to get a whole lot more exciting: his eccentric Uncle Derm is hatching his most hare-brained plan yet! A madcap robbery, plenty of sheep and a summer of discoveries are just some of the things in store for Rex.

Adapted for the stage by Mark Doherty and directed by Sophie Motley, come meet Rex, his new friend Kitty and the gang by their side – this might just be the summer adventure of a lifetime.
