A voice meditation series especially for Cork Midsummer Festival from composer and soprano Kim Sheehan, inspired by her online voice meditation class Good Vibrations.
Harness the energetic power of Midsummer to purify and supercharge your subtle energetic body so that you can resonate with your true authentic voice. Explore the healing strength of vocal resonance to align you with purpose in everyday life.
Led with expertise and compassion, Kim Sheehan’s epic and one-of-a-kind offerings promote creativity, deep relaxation and empowerment.
Who are these classes for?
These classes are for anyone who’d like to discover what their true inner potential feels like through releasing the vibration of your voice with breath, mantra, chant and EFT (tapping).
The vibrations of the voice and breath awareness send calming, cleansing and purifying vibrations to the nervous system, telling the body that all is well. Then we align the voice with vibrational patterns of mantra and dissolve any energetic blocks that may be preventing us from living the life we want to live both mentally and physically.
The secret to the success of this class is that you DO NOT have to be a singer to use your voice to heal. No-one will hear you singing and you can go as deep as you like whilst still being part of a beautiful supportive energetic online community.
