Celebrated outdoor theatre makers Kamchàtka take you on a late-night journey to a secret location for an unforgettable experience of joy, hope, and surrealism.
Seven characters appear, each carrying their own suitcase. Who are they, what are their stories? Alter is a journey into the heart of night in search of a shared humanity – a beautiful performance about life, and the stories we carry with us.
Kamchàtka, an extraordinary award-winning collective of international artists, first came together in Barcelona in 2006, and previously performed at Cork Midsummer Festival in 2018. They create powerful award-winning outdoor theatre, drawing audiences in to their world through silent gestures, exploring themes of migration and displacement.
