Ian Wilson is working on not just one but two events in this year's festival! - Urban Mysteries at Triskel Christchurch and Homespace at St Peter's, both taking place this Saturday 17 June. We caught up with him in the run up to the festival to see what he's working on and find out his favourite Cork haunts!

Where are you right now and what are you working on?
At home in Ballincollig, preparing to begin composing a new work for Belfast’s Hard Rain Soloist Ensemble.

Apart from your own events, what are you looking forward to in the festival?
Tom Lane’s event at the Opera House, Front Of House.

What would your perfect day in Cork be?
A bit of culture, a bit of food, good weather & good company.

What is one of Cork’s hidden gems?
The Guesthouse on Chapel Street, Shandon.

What can we expect from Urban Mysteries and Homespace?
