Cork school children from St Vincent’s Primary School are working with Canadian arts company Mammalian Diving Reflex and hairstylists from Cork salon, Victor Franks Hair Design to develop their hairdressing skills. For the final weekend of the Cork Midsummer Festival they will be ready to offer free haircuts for the public at a custom made salon in Cork city centre.
