Please note that a booking charge will apply for online and telephone bookings. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for some events. Sale of tickets for an event will cease an hour before the performance at the Festival Box office. However, further tickets may be available from the venue. Check the box office for details.
Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Occasionally, events are cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Should this occur, we would endeavour to contact you either by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provide at the time of booking.
