Ruth Draper delighted audiences with the characters she scripted and performed during a distinguished career of more than fifty years. Her astonishing single-handed achievements make her a legendary figure of 20th century theatre.

Vanity, Vapours and Dizzy Debutantes… presents a nosegay of Ruth Draper’s celebrated characters to Irish theatre lovers as well as allowing them the opportunity to spend time with Ruth herself. Arranged and directed by Mary Curtin, director of last year’s Threepenny Opera in the Spiegeltent.
