Mick can best be described as a folk rock singer/songwriter. At the age of just 23, he’s an experienced performer, having toured extensively in Ireland (his homeland) and New York City. His recent gigs at last year’s Spiegeltent and the Cork Opera House were sold out and he continues to perform in and about Ireland before sold-out crowds. Mick writes all of his own music and lyrics. His original concept album, ‘Evening Train’, boasts eleven tracks telling the story of a week in the lives of two brothers, and it has been reviewed as containing “astute and sophisticated lyrics” and “strong, imaginative melodies”. “Stuff that blows you away...he’s fantastic.“ The Irish Times.
