The Art of Swimming By Lynda Radley. Following their huge success with Soap!, Dark Week and The Train Show at past festivals, Playgroup returns with an intimate and compelling solo performance about long distance swimming, celebrity, memory and time.

Mercedes Gleitze was a sportswoman who swam extensively, breaking and setting records, often far in advance of the men in her field. Lynda Radley found her in a photograph in Cork City Library and has been fascinated and frustrated in equal measure ever since...
