Be Your Own Banana Theatre Company (BYOB) in association with Granary presents:

The Self-Obsessed Tragedy of Ed Malone
by Edward Malone. Directed by Brian Desmond.
The Self-Obsessed Tragedy of Ed Malone

Following three sell-out runs in Cork last year, the hugely popular Self-Obsessed Tragedy of Ed Malone is being revived for four performances only.

A one-man show, The Tragedy is a darkly comic, highly energetic, autobiographical tale eccentrically performed by the author himself in a unique display of urban storytelling. His life, his loves, his one job ever, his Mammy and Daddy, and his prolonged phase as a homosexual-wannabe: all part of the remarkable story of celebrated actor, street performer and drinker, Ed Malone.

“A Cork cult classic!” - Evening Echo

“...the brilliant Be Your Own Banana Theatre Company...” - Irish Examiner
